En tant que Senior IT Project Manager, vous assurez la gestion complète du cycle de vie de projets IT transversaux pour nos différents clients (sécurité sociale, soins de santé et d'autres acteurs du secteur public). Vous êtes à l'aise pour définir la structure et l'élaboration de projets (définition précise de la demande du client, analyse d'impact, plan d'approche (scénarios, timings, budget, ...)) et la méthodologie de gestion de projets Prince2 vous est familière. Vous gérez et assurez le suivi de la réalisation des projets dans le respect du planning, du budget et de la qualité requise (établissement du planning détaillé, suivi régulier en matière de délais, de budget et de qualité, reporting de l'avancement du projet et des problèmes rencontrés, communication entre les différentes parties concernées par le projet, gestion des risques, …). Vous stimulez, coordonnez, motivez et accompagnez les collaborateurs impliqués dans le projet. Vous pouvez également être amené à gérer des programmes en vous appuyant sur la méthodologie MSP. Les contacts clients sont également très importants dans cette fonction (négociation, communication, …). Vous avez l'habitude de négocier avec des responsables de haut niveau (direction) chez le client et dans votre propre organisation. Titulaire d'un diplôme de Bachelier ou de Master, de préférence dans le domaine ICT, vous disposez de minimum 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets complexes. Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique et contribuer à la réalisation de projets innovants et importants pour la société. Vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle significative en matière de gestion de projets IT (idéalement sur base de Prince2). Vous avez travaillé dans un environnement Agile et êtes familier des processus IT tant au niveau développement qu'au niveau infrastructure. Vos excellentes compétences en communication ainsi que votre capacité de négociation et vos talents de coach constituent vos principaux atouts. Méthodique, organisé, vous êtes capable de déterminer les priorités et de coordonner les différentes parties intervenant dans un projet.
