What you will do Lead large-scale IT projects across core application landscapes Set up and run project governance (stakeholders, steering committees, reporting) Challenge business requirements and define realistic scope, timing, and budget Coordinate architects, development teams, and external partners Build and manage project roadmaps, budgets, and work packages Monitor delivery progress, quality, risks, and dependencies Proactively manage risks, issues, and corrective actions Report clearly to senior stakeholders and decision bodies Foster collaboration and motivation across multidisciplinary teams What you bring 10+ years of experience in IT project management (application development) Proven delivery of large projects (>1,000 mandays) Strong background in regulated or complex environments Solid knowledge of Prince2 and waterfall methodologies Experience working with multiple technologies and legacy systems Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent English + fluent Dutch or French (one active, one passive) Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset Master's degree or equivalent professional experience Interested?
