Als Finance Manager krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over het financieel beleid van de organisatie. Je stuurt een team van twee mensen aan en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO. Een brede en uitdagende rol waarbij je dicht bij de business staat en waarbij je mee kan bouwen aan een sterke Belgische organisatie. Je bent een financieel klankbord voor het management. Je tekent de krijtlijnen voor een financieel plan en HR-beleid uit, en zorgt mee voor de implementatie ervan.
- In deze rol ligt de focus enerzijds op accounting & controlling taken, maar daarnaast komen ook heel wat financiële (strategische) projecten jouw richting uit.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele boekhouding. Dankzij jouw begeleiding en opvolging verlopen de periodieke closing processen (semester- en jaarafsluit) op een correcte manier. Je verzorgt alle wettelijke formaliteiten (jaarrekening, BTW, belasting, etc).
- Het verder opvolgen en optimaliseren van de financiële managementrapportering, meerjarenbudgetten, dashboards & forecasts valt onder jouw hoede.
- Treasury: bewaken van financiële geldstromen zit in jouw DNA.
- Verdere taken die tot jouw portefeuille behoren: opmaak en bewaken van budgetten en P&L, voorraadbeheer, contacten met banken, verzekeringen, wagenpark, etc.
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor financiële, juridische en ICT-gerelateerde vragen van interne en externe partijen.
- Ook draag je bij tot vernieuwing en operationele efficiëntie op alle niveaus van de organisatie door proactief voorstellen te doen rond verbeteringen van activiteiten, methoden en tools.
- Je ontwikkelt mee aan het financieel bewustzijn bij de organisatie en stakeholders.
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiplomain een economische, financiële of juridische richting, en je hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen brede finance en accounting rollen.
- Je bent getriggerd door het verhaal achter de cijfers. Je bent een krak in het analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en kan deze op een eenvoudige manier vertalen naar de business.
- Je denkt conceptueel na maar verdiept je tegelijk ook graag in de details. Je bent niet vies om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en mee te werken met je team waar nodig. Van hieruit slaag je erin om processen verder te optimaliseren.
- Je bent een uitstekende communicator en kan goed zelfstandig werken. Je staat stevig in je schoenen.
- Je bent creatief en innovatief in het vinden van oplossingen voor financiële uitdagingen. Je houdt ervan om breed na te denken en te vernieuwen.
- Je bent vlot in zowel het Frans, als het Nederlands.
- Een brede financiële managementrol waar jouw inzet en kritische bril een zichtbaar verschil kunnen maken in de verdere uitbouw van de business.
- De nodige vrijheid en autonomie om initiatieven op te zetten en je stempel te drukken.
