Responsable du bureau d'études

En tant que responsable du bureau d'études, vous avez la responsabilité, d'une part, de l'ensemble du bureau d'études, et d'autre part, de l'ensemble de l'étude technique nécessaire pour les productions attribuées. Vous rapportez au chef des ateliers décors et êtes l'interlocuteur direct de la direction, des chefs des services techniques, des responsables de production et des équipes artistiques de production.

VOTRE DESCRIPTION DE FONCTION

- En tant que coordinateur.trice :

  • Vous coordonnez et animez l'équipe du bureau d'études ;
  • Vous êtes en charge de la gestion du planning de l'ensemble des études prenant en compte le planning des ateliers et de la répartition de la charge de travail ;
  • Vous assurez l'évolution des moyens techniques et vous préparez le bureau d'études et les ateliers à la transition numérique ;
  • Vous proposez, organisez et stimulez les formations au sein de l'équipe ;
  • Vous mettez en place des procédures de travail communes à l'ensemble du bureau d'études en tenant compte du fait que le bureau d'études est lié aux ateliers décors et travaille en étroite collaboration avec les ateliers. Vous tenez donc compte du planning des ateliers décors.
  • Vous soutenez chaque responsable de production interne en vous assurant de la mise à disposition des moyens nécessaires pour leur production ;
  • Vous encouragez et êtes le garant de la prise en compte et des réflexions des contraintes en matière de développement durable.

- En tant responsable technique :

  • En concertation avec le chef des ateliers des décors vous avez la responsabilité de la fiabilité des solutions techniques choisies par le bureau d'études et ce, en tenant compte des contraintes liées aux spectacles, aux réglementations applicables, aux délais de réalisations et aux budgets déterminés ;
  • Vous réalisez les études techniques des éléments complexes en soutien des assistants de décors du bureau d'études ;
  • Vous réalisez vous-même des plans d'exécution ou de construction pour les ateliers ;
  • Vous travaillez en coordination permanente avec l'ensemble des ateliers et des services techniques concernés ;
  • Vous fournissez les renseignements techniques nécessaires à l'ensemble des services techniques et ce, afin de garantir la cohérence du projet.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous possédez un diplôme d'ingénieur en construction mécanique ou bâtiment, ou une expérience confirmant vos compétences techniques ;
  • Vous possédez idéalement une expérience significative au sein d'une fonction similaire ;
  • Vous avez un sens développé pour la conception ;
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de la DAO/CAO et de bonnes connaissances en informatique ;
  • Vous possédez une bonne connaissance de la résistance des matériaux ;
  • Vous êtes parfaitement au courant des normes et des mesures de sécurité, ainsi que de la réglementation en matière de sécurité au travail en vigueur au sein des théâtres;
  • Vous êtes méthodique, rigoureux et organisé ;
  • Vous possédez une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, ainsi qu'un esprit pratique ;
  • Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation ;
  • Vous possédez des compétences en people management, êtes capable de motiver et d'inspirer vos collaborateurs ;
  • Vous êtes flexible, avez la volonté et le désir d'innover ;
  • Vous avez une maîtrise parfaite du français ou du néerlandais, avez la volonté d'apprendre / de vous perfectionner dans l'autre langue et vous possédez également une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.

Verantwoordelijke studiebureau

Als verantwoordelijke van het studiebureau bent je enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor het gehele studiebureau en anderzijds voor de gehele technische studie die nodig is voor de toegewezen producties. Je rapporteert aan het hoofd van de decorateliers en bent het directe aanspreekpunt voor de directie, de diensthoofden van de technische diensten, de productieleiders en de artistieke productieteams.

TAAKOMSCHRIJVING

- Als coördinator:

  • Je coördineert en leidt het team van het studiebureau;
  • Je bent belast met het beheer van de planning van alle studies en de verdeling van de werkzaamheden en je houdt daarbij rekening met de planning van de decorateliers;
  • Je zorgt voor de evolutie van de technische middelen en je bereidt het studiebureau en de ateliers voor op de digitale overgang;
  • Je stelt opleidingen voor, organiseert en stimuleert ze binnen het team;
  • Je stelt gemeenschappelijke werkprocedures voor het hele studiebureau op, ermee rekening houdend dat het studiebureau gekoppeld is aan de decorateliers en er nauw mee samenwerkt. Je houdt dus rekening met de planning van de ateliers.
  • Je ondersteunt elke interne productieverantwoordelijke door ervoor te zorgen dat de nodige middelen beschikbaar worden gesteld voor hun productie;
  • Je stimuleert en garandeert dat de randvoorwaarden op het gebied van duurzame ontwikkeling in aanmerking en in overweging worden genomen.

- Als technisch verantwoordelijke:

  • In overleg met het hoofd van de decorateliers ben je verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbaarheid van de door het studiebureau gekozen technische oplossingen, rekening houdend met de beperkingen in verband met de voorstellingen, de geldende voorschriften, de productietermijnen en de vastgestelde budgetten;
  • Je voert de technische studies uit van complexe elementen, ter ondersteuning van de vaste decorassistenten van het studiebureau;
  • Je stelt zelf uitvoerings- of bouwplannen op voor de ateliers;
  • Je werkt in permanente coördinatie met alle betrokken ateliers en technische diensten;
  • Je verstrekt de nodige technische informatie aan alle technische diensten om de coherentie van het project te garanderen.

PROFIEL

  • Je bezit een ingenieursdiploma werktuigbouwkunde of bouwkunde, of ervaring die je technische vaardigheden bevestigt;
  • Idealiter heb je ruime ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
  • Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor vormgeving;
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van CAD/CAM en goede computervaardigheden;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de weerstand van materialen;
  • Je bent zeer goed op de hoogte van veiligheidsnormen en -maatregelen, en van de voorschriften over arbeidsveiligheid in het theater;
  • Je bent methodisch, nauwgezet en georganiseerd;
  • Je hebt een goed analyse- en synthesevermogen, en bent praktisch ingesteld;
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden;
  • Je hebt people managementvaardigheden en bent in staat om je medewerkers te motiveren en te inspireren;
  • Je bent flexibel, bereid en in staat om te innoveren;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Frans of Nederlands, je bent bereid om je in de andere taal te bekwamen, en je hebt ook een goede kennis van het Engels.
