My client, active in the insurance sector, is looking for a Head Of Architecture (CDI):
Mission:
- Defining an IT strategic roadmap
- Designing and managing enterprise architecture transformation programs
- Reengineering of IT processes
- Building business cases to support investment decisions
- Defining and leading organizational change within the IT organization
- Taking the lead in identifying issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for the analysis
- Managing and coaching junior team members
- Building compelling written findings, and presenting your opinions to a challenging client group
- Summarizing your findings in a structured manner, both written and oral
Your profile:
- Master's degree in management or a technical degree (ideally ICT related) or similar by experience
- Proven track record as head of architecture or lead enterprise architect
- Proven project and people management experience
- Eager to lead and grow
- Solid written and oral presentation skills
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and solution-driven environment
- Fluency in English and Dutch, or English and French
