Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Belgium (VSF-B) is looking for a Finance & Administration Officer to support the financial sustainability, transparency and efficiency of our programs in Africa.In this role, you will contribute directly to the impact of our projects by ensuring sound financial management and by supporting teams in the field, regional offices and headquarters.Role & success criteriaYou play a key role in managing financial resources and strengthening internal controls. Success in this role means:Accurate and timely financial reportingClear budget monitoring alignedStrong collaboration with multidisciplinary and multicultural teamsPractical support and guidance to teams using financial toolsResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze budgets versus actuals for countries and regionsProduce financial reports and KPIs for program and senior managementManage cash flow forecasts and treasury follow-upHandle Belgian accounting tasks (suppliers, payments, VAT declarations)Maintain and improve financial tools and dashboards (incl. Winbooks)Support teams in the use of financial systems and proceduresContribute to strengthening internal control and governanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Management2–3 years of experience in a finance or administration roleStrong analytical and organizational skillsGood knowledge of ERP systems (Winbooks or similar) and Microsoft 365Fluency in French; good knowledge of English and/or Dutch is an assetAbility to work autonomously and in a multicultural environmentWhat we offerPermanent, full-time contractHybrid working model (2 days remote/week)International, purpose-driven work environmentCompetitive salary and benefitsMore info on our website.https://veterinairessansfrontieres.be/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/VSFB_Finance_Officer_Offre-Emploi-20251222.pdf
