Your Key Responsibilities Gather functional/technical requirements and assist in defining the scope of the implementation Support solution and process design within the deployed technology Conduct SAP SuccessFactors system configuration Prepare and execute test scenarios Collaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scope Assist in preparing and conducting workshops with clients Integrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structures Your Profile You have: A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or IT A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies, Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (and good understanding of either Dutch or French), Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 15-20% Ideally, you’ll also have: Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central and/or Talent Modules Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of your core module What’s In It For You EY Family – you become part of the EY Family providing you with all the necessary skills, training and opportunities; enabling you to grow to your fullest potential.
