Nos missions portent sur : l'étude d'amélioration d'installations existantes ou l'implantation de nouvelles installations, sur des travaux de recherches, d'audits techniques, des missions de maintenance, d'études, de conception et d'exécution, de planification, de gestion de chantier ainsi que du contrôle de réalisations dans les pôles d'activité tels que le génie civil, la construction mécanique et métallique, les techniques spéciales, l'électricité, le piping, etc...
Nous pouvons être présents à chacune des étapes du processus : étude de faisabilité, avant-projet et projet.
Responsabilités- Assurer le pilotage des projets en terme de coûts, délai, qualité, sécurité.
- Analyser les demandes du Client et identifier précisément ses besoins;
- Evaluer et optimiser le temps et les moyens nécessaires pour la réalisation des différentes étapes des projets afin d'établir un plan global de réalisation;
- Assurer le suivi organisationnel, humain et technique sur site et veiller au respect de la sécurité;
- Piloter les projets;
- Assurer le suivi du projet jusqu'à sa livraison : superviser la conception et la réalisation des projets ; rédiger les documents contractuels ; animer les réunions ; etc...
- Analyssez les résultats obtenus et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire.
- Vous êtes ingénieur industriel ou civil à orientation (électro)mécanique ou vous bénéficiez d'une expérience pertinente en tant que Project Manager;
- Vous justifiez une expérience de plus de 5 ans en gestion de projets dans le milieu industriel;
- Une expérience dans la maintenance industrielle en tuyauterie est un sérieux atout;
- Vous avez une aisance rédactionnelle pour rédiger des notes techniques et des rapports sur l'avancement des projets;
- Vous savez analyser et requalifier les besoins exprimés par un client pour proposer rapidement des solutions pertinentes et pragmatiques;
- Vous disposez de bonnes compétences managériales pour encadrer et motiver les équipes, donner des consignes et faire avancer les projets;
- Vous pouvez vous exprimer spontanément en Anglais;
- Vos qualités : sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités, proactivité, esprit d'analyse, sens de la communication, autonomie, orientation résultat et esprit d'équipe.
