We zijn op zoek naar een System Administrator met een passie voor IT die goesting heeft in een gevarieerde uitdaging binnen onze diverse klantenportefeuille.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten m.b.t. technische vragen;
- Je geeft eerste/tweedelijns ondersteuning aan onze klanten met betrekking tot hard- en software vragen;
- Je geeft ondersteuning in de configuratie en installatie van hard- en software toepassingen;
- Je denkt proactief mee met onze klanten om hun IT omgeving maximaal met hun noden te verzoenen en je tracht hen te adviseren zodat hun omgeving meegroeit;
- Vanuit je expertise stem je de IT noden van onze klanten perfect af op de bestaande en toekomstige bedrijfsprocessen;
- Je deelt je ervaringen met je collega's en gebruikt hen als sparring partner om zo steeds tot de beste oplossing te komen;
- Je hebt een passie voor IT en je verlegt graag je grenzen;
- Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en dynamisch;
- Je werkt accuraat, neemt graag initiatief en je bent een echte teamplayer;
- Je hebt een (basis) kennis van de gangbare systemen van Microsoft: Exchange, HyperV, SQL, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Windows voor PC, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Een eerste ervaring met TCP/IP Routering, VLAN's en (basis) kennis van VoIP en/of Apple OSx zijn een pluspunt;
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels;
- De kans om je schouders mee te zetten onder de uitbouw van een groeiende KMO waarbij je echte impact kan hebben in een cruciale rol waar je zeer nauw samenwerkt met je collega's om onze klanten te doen schitteren;
- Kennisdeling en kennisopbouw is cruciaal waarbij interne & externe opleidingen centraal staan zodat je in je rol kan (door)groeien;
