Senior AI Business Consultant

At Datashift, we’re looking for someone who can demystify complex technologies, inspire clients, and drive impactful change. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their processes, identify pain points, and define how technology can make their organizations more efficient and scalable. From building pragmatic solutions to communicating with stakeholders and crafting clear roadmaps, your role will be dynamic and rewarding. Responsibilities Act on the edge between business and technology. Demystify advanced data and AI technologies and inspire clients on how to incorporate them in a business environment. Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify pain points. Define where technology could help to make business processes more efficient and organizations more scalable. Build solutions pragmatically from POC to fully integrated applications, collaborating with other Datashift experts. Consider existing constraints at the customer side, such as security and privacy, when proposing solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the company. Translate findings into clear, well-defined roadmaps aligned with client priorities. Assist clients in scoping use cases and guide them towards successful implementation and adoption. Qualifications At least 4 years of industry experience, including consultancy experience (preferred). Background in business engineering, civil engineering, or related fields. Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple data & AI projects in production. Strong expertise in advanced analytics and (gen)AI, with the ability to apply these in a business context. Experience with project management methodologies (agile, kanban, etc.) and stakeholder management. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish. Team-oriented with proven success in collaborative environments. Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google) is a plus. Fluent in English; fluency in Dutch or French is a significant advantage. Our offer A highly entrepreneurial team.
