Wat ga je doen Als support consultant ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je analyseert en lost vragen en problemen op binnen SAP Business One en werkt nauw samen met collega's van Consultancy en Development. Met jouw inzicht en klantgerichte aanpak draag je bij aan een vlotte werking van hun ERP-omgeving. Jouw taken Beantwoorden en opvolgen van supportaanvragen via Jira, e-mail of telefoon. Analyseren en oplossen van eerstelijnsproblemen. Escaleren van complexere issues naar tweede- of derdelijnsconsultants. Documenteren en registreren van tickets. Opleiden en ondersteunen van eindgebruikers. Wie ben jij Opleiding in IT, informatica, economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Interesse in ERP-systemen; basiskennis van SQL is een plus. Communicatief sterk in Nederlands aangevuld met Frans of Engels. Klantgericht, leergierig en stressbestendig. Ervaring met SAP Business One, Jira of Crystal Reports is een voordeel.
