Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 IT support as the primary function, with occasional Level 1 and Level 3 involvement. Deliver technical assistance to both remote and on‐site staff across multiple locations. Administer and support the Okta Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform. Work within ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and knowledge articles. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and systems issues with a customer‐focused approach. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations and continuous improvement. Contribute to documentation, knowledge base updates, and process optimisation.
Required Qualifications
& Experience3–5+ years of experience in a comparable IT support role. Background in pharma or biotech organisations. Strong hands-on experience with:Okta IAM administrationServiceNow ITSM processesDemonstrated ability to support both remote and on‐site users. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). Additional fluency in French or Flemish is highly advantageous. Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud‐related credentials are preferred. Interested?
