SII Belgium is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Industrial Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible of end-to-end management of new projects for various clients in the Aeronautic & Defense Sector.SII is a European digital and engineering services company of 16,000 experts. SII is committed to a sustainable digital world and is recognized as a great workplace.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the management of one or more projectsEnsure the project team's commitment to the business in terms of scope, planning, cost, and quality management.Address changes to the project as needed.Manage all aspects of projects to meet established standards.Ensure work is executed according to the correct standard and follows the process and methodology definedAssess and manage risks associated with a particular projectMonitor project budget adherence.Coordinate the efforts of various team members, planning and scheduling work tasks and responsibilities.Manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.Prepare required reports and presentations.Monthly review of projectsAlignment of projects with company strategyRequirements:Master's degree in engineering or aeronauticAt least 5 years of experience as Project Manager in industrial environment with relational skills and first training in project managementSpecific knowledge of the aero & defense industryGreat team working abilitiesGood communication skills and able to adapt to different interlocutorAttention to detail and organizedExperience in Agile environmentYou know best practices in project management such as PMI or PMP.Fluent in English, ideally good level in FrenchWe offer:A challenging and varied role in a growing companyOpportunity to work with the latest technologiesCompetitive salary and benefitsWarm and open company culture, supported by an international groupIf you are an ambitious and experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing company, we encourage you to apply for this position.
