Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management of one or more projectsEnsure the project team's commitment to the business in terms of scope, planning, cost, and quality management. Address changes to the project as needed. Manage all aspects of projects to meet established standards. Ensure work is executed according to the correct standard and follows the process and methodology definedAssess and manage risks associated with a particular projectMonitor project budget adherence.
Coordinate the efforts of various team members, planning and scheduling work tasks and responsibilities. Manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. Prepare required reports and presentations. Monthly review of projectsAlignment of projects with company strategyRequirements:Master's degree in engineering or aeronauticAt least 5 years of experience as Project Manager in industrial environment with relational skills and first training in project managementSpecific knowledge of the aero & defense industryGreat team working abilitiesGood communication skills and able to adapt to different interlocutorAttention to detail and organizedExperience in Agile environmentYou know best practices in project management such as PMI or PMP.
