Commissioning MEP Manager – Mons, BelgiumSilverBack is looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead all commissioning activities on a large-scale data centre project in Mons, Belgium.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all site commissioning activities from planning through close-outManage commissioning teams, subcontractors, and daily site operationsDevelop and manage the commissioning plan and scheduleChair daily and weekly commissioning meetings with clients, contractors, and vendorsOversee tagging, LOTO procedures, area control permits, and site safety complianceCoordinate testing, IST execution, and documentation sign-offTrack progress, costs, risks, and labour resourcesManage snagging, reporting, and project handover activitiesMaintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and vendorsRequirementsDegree in Engineering with 5+ years' experience as a Commissioning Manager on large industrial or data centre projectsStrong MEP commissioning expertise, particularly in data centresProven experience delivering ISTs and managing digital commissioning documentationKnowledge of European standards, codes, and building regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsStrong reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe AcrobatContract DetailsContract role with a major international clientAttractive package on offerAccommodation, car, and flights providedRotation: 17 days on / 4 days off
