Role - Senior Project Manager – Integration (Machine Learning)Location - Belgium Project - Hyperscale Data Centre Salary - Highly competitive package + RelocationA leading global consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Integration (Machine Learning) to lead complex, high-value programmes at the intersection of machine learning, data centre infrastructure, and mission-critical delivery.This is a senior, client-facing role suited to professionals who thrive on end-to-end integration, stakeholder alignment, and turning complex technical systems into operational reality.The RoleYou will lead large-scale ML integration and transformation projects, taking full ownership of delivery from early planning through execution, commissioning, and operational handover. Working with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and external vendors, you will ensure seamless deployment of ML platforms within live, high-performance environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex Machine Learning integration programmes across mission-critical environmentsManage the full project lifecycle, from planning and coordination through execution and production readinessDrive stakeholder alignment through structured governance, risk management, and issue escalationOversee deployment and integration of ML hardware accelerators (e.g. GPUs, TPUs) into existing infrastructureDevelop and deliver standardised training for internal teams and vendors covering turn-up, configuration, commissioning, and downstream operational impactsFacilitate workshops to define, document, and optimise end-to-end operational workflowsSupport on-site execution during critical delivery phases, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherenceProduce and maintain robust project documentation, including deployment roadmaps, process storyboards, and commissioning plansAbout YouWe're looking for senior delivery professionals who combine technical credibility with strong programme leadership.You will likely have:A degree (or equivalent experience) in project management, engineering, construction, or a related disciplineSenior project or programme management experience in data centres, HPC, cloud, AI/ML platforms, or other mission-critical environmentsA strong understanding of Machine Learning systems architecture and how ML platforms integrate with physical and digital infrastructureFamiliarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, particularly at an infrastructure or automation levelSolid knowledge of data centre operations, commissioning, and production readinessProven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and vendor ecosystemsYou will thrive if you:Enjoy working in fast-paced, technically complex environmentsTake ownership and manage priorities with confidence and autonomyBuild trust through collaboration, clarity, and delivery excellenceEligibility Requirement (Essential) Applicants must hold an EU passport or have full Right to Work in Belgium.
