Notre client est une entreprise renommée active dans le secteur agroalimentaire . Située dans la Westhoek , elle peut s'appuyer sur une longue expertise et une forte notoriété. Notre client recherche un Manager de Production. Dans ce role de Manager de Production, vous : Collaborez étroitement avec vos superviseurs et agissez comme coach pour tous vos collaborateurs. Assurez une communication optimale lors du kick-off matinal et suivez les actions définies . Veillez à atteindre les objectifs fixés en matière de qualité, sécurité, volumes, déchets et efficacité. Intervenez en cas d'écarts, optimisez le déroulement du processus de production et participez activement aux projets et processus d'amélioration. Analysez et rapportez les chiffres de production . Contribuez activement à la sécurité et à l'hygiène au sein de votre département. Collaborez étroitement avec les autres départements. Rapportez au Plant Manager. Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier ou master à orientation technique (ou équivalent par expérience). Vous justifiez d'une expérience pertinente en management dans un environnement de production automatisé. Une expérience dans l'industrie agroalimentaire est un atout. Vous êtes un excellent people manager , un vrai team player et vous êtes doté(e) d'excellents compétences en communication . Vous faites preuve de flexibilité. Vous êtes hands-on , orienté(e) solution et possédez une mentalité d'amélioration continue . Vous êtes titulaire du certificat de conseiller en prévention niveau III ou êtes prêt(e) à l'obtenir. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le néerlandais et le français . Une fonction stimulante et à hautes responsabilités . De la place pour le développement personnel et la croissance.
