Werkzaamheid HR-processen Bij KBC maken ongeveer medewerkers dagelijks gebruik van onze HR-toepassingen. SAP vormt de fundamenten van onze kernprocessen binnen HR. Door SAP verder te ontwikkelen, kunnen we tal van HR-processen automatiseren, digitaliseren en optimaliseren. Als SAP Specialist krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol te spelen in een end-to-end proces dat bestaat uit: Analyse van de noden samen met de business, Functionele en technische afstemming, Ontwikkeling binnen SAP, Testing van de oplossing, Implementatie en opvolging na release. Vereiste kennis: ABAP Workbench Pluspunten: SAPUI5 en Fiori (JavaScript, HTML5) Pluspunten: SAP Web IDE, Business Application Studio Pluspunten: Enhancement Framework, User-Exits Pluspunten: Data Services, WebDynpro, WebServices Pluspunten: Adobe Forms, SmartForms Pluspunten: CDS, BAPI, IDoc, PI, LSMW Pluspunten: SAP HCM voor S/4HANA We zoeken geen puur analist, maar een technisch sterke collega die ownership neemt, zelfstandig werkt en actief meedenkt in het uitwerken van oplossingen. Wat verwachten we van jou? Je analyseert business requirements en vertaalt deze naar functionele en technische ontwerpen. Je ontwikkelt SAP-programma's en voert configuraties uit. Je ondersteunt bij het testen en verzorgt de release. Je onderzoekt incidenten en defects, identificeert de root cause en werkt oplossingen uit. Je werkt samen met externe partners en interne collega's rond projecten en issues binnen jouw expertisegebied Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt ownership en bent oplossingsgericht. Je hebt een duidelijke interesse in HR-processen en technologie. Je bent analytisch sterk en weet verbeterkansen om te zetten in concrete acties. Je vindt het belangrijk om te blijven groeien: je kennis verder verdiepen en je ervaring inzetten in een snel evoluerende context. Ben jij de juiste kandidaat?
