Infrastructure Engineer

Your roleAs Infrastructure & Workplace Support Engineer, you will:Ensure the availability, stability and security of the IT workplace and underlying infrastructureDeliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line support to end usersTake ownership of endpoint lifecycle management, identity & access management and security toolingActively contribute to IT improvement projects and future office expansionsYou will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, while maintaining a high standard of service and documentation.Key responsibilitiesInfrastructure & WorkplaceProvide 1st and 2nd line IT support across the organisationManage and support Windows workstations, peripherals and printersAdminister endpoint management using Microsoft IntuneCoordinate hardware support and repairs (e.g. laptops, printers)Identity, Access & SecurityManage Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Active DirectoryHandle user lifecycle and access rightsSupport and operate security tools (e.g. endpoint protection, Zscaler, CyberArk)Apply security best practices in daily operationsCollaboration & AVSupport Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Ensure smooth operation of meeting rooms and audiovisual solutionsProjects & Continuous ImprovementParticipate in IT projects (migrations, upgrades, new tools)Support software-related projects (incl. SAP-related initiatives)Contribute to the setup of IT infrastructure for future offices (incl.
