Dan hebben we goed nieuws Als Quality Coördinator krijg je de kans om jouw analytische vaardigheden in te zetten om processen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Locatie: Gosselin Keesinglaan 30, 2100 Deurne Doelstelling: In deze rol ondersteun je de Quality Manager bij het beheren, ontwikkelen en verbeteren van het Integrated Management System (IMS). Je focus ligt op interne audits, administratie, communicatie en het ontwikkelen van beleidsconcepten. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat de kwaliteitssystemen en -processen binnen onze organisatie voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden en blijven verbeteren. Jobinhoud: Audit en opvolging: Je plant en organiseert interne audits, voert deze uit en zorgt voor een duidelijke opvolging van eventuele verbeterpunten. Je houdt overzicht over corrigerende en preventieve acties; Non-conformiteiten & rapportering: Je zorgt voor een efficiënte taakopvolging met realistische deadlines bij de respectievelijke owners. Change management & kwaliteitsbewaking: Je ondersteunt bij veranderingen in processen en systemen en bewaakt de implementatie van kwaliteitsverbeteringen; Beleidsontwikkeling: Samen met de Quality Manager ontwikkel je beleidsconcepten en stel je duidelijke rapportages op. Je identificeert verbeterkansen en formuleert acties om deze te implementeren; Training en communicatie: Je organiseert interne infosessies en trainingen om collega's bewust te maken van kwaliteitsdoelen en standaarden; Samenwerking: Je onderhoudt contacten met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie om informatie uit te wisselen en samenwerking te bevorderen; Stakeholdermanagement: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders met betrekking tot kwaliteitsvragen. Jouw talenten: Je hebt geen uitgebreide ervaring in Kwaliteitssystemen en normeringen nodig, maar wel een sterke basis in Office, met name Excel en PowerPoint. Je maakt je nieuwe software snel eigen en weet na een korte opleiding zelfstandig je weg te vinden in onze systemen; Je bent communicatief sterk, durft initiatief te nemen en voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met collega's op verschillende niveaus. Je weet hoe je mensen kan overtuigen en staat stevig in je schoenen. Je bent analytisch sterk en kan uitstekend communiceren in zowel Nederlands als Engels. Je bent proactief en deinst niet terug voor een uitdaging. Je kunt omgaan met weerstand en werkt gestructureerd. Kennis van ISO-normen of ervaring in de logistieke sector?
