Votre défiVous rejoindrez l'équipe marketing-communication du marché des lecteurs de Mediafin, où vous collaborerez étroitement avec les collègues du marketing pour promouvoir et communiquer sur nos marques et produits – tels que De Tijd/L'Echo, les contenus, les outils et les événements – auprès de divers publics.
Vous serez responsable de A à Z de différentes campagnes marketing. Vous les conceptualiserez, planifierez, activerez, suivrez et rapporterez en concertation avec les collègues et les stakeholders internes.
En fonction de la campagne, vous briefez notre agence marketing attitrée ou notre studio créatif interne sur les objectifs, le concept, les livrables et les canaux. Pour l'aspect digital de vos campagnes, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le spécialiste en marketing digital de l'équipe.
Vous êtes un·e marketeur·euse de projets polyvalent·e, maîtrisant tous les aspects d'un parcours de communication et capable de lancer et de mener à bien des campagnes complexes.
Vos communications, grandes et petites, jouent un rôle déterminant dans l'engagement des lecteurs existants, l'attraction de nouveaux lecteurs, et la croissance substantielle de notre base d'abonnées.
Vous rapporterez directement au Marketing Manager B2C.
Votre profilVous êtes un·e véritable touche-à-tout en marketing, maîtrisant aussi bien l'online que l'offline, le above the line que le below the line, ainsi que l'out of home et la publicité personnalisée.
Vous avez une bonne plume et pouvez créer en un clin d'œil des textes accrocheurs pour tout support et tout média.
Vous avez au moins 4 ans d'expérience en projets de marketing ou dans des rôles pertinents similaires, et savez gérer une charge de travail élevée.
Vous êtes organisé·e, proactif·ve, et rien ne vous échappe. Vous gérez chaque aspect de vos projets dans les moindres détails, y compris les budgets.
Vous coordonnez efficacement, savez déléguer sans perdre de vue la vision d'ensemble, et êtes capable de partager votre expérience et vos connaissances avec les membres juniors de l'équipe.
Créatif·ve et au fait des dernières tendances marketing, vous voyez des opportunités d'expérimenter et d'innover partout. Vous n'êtes jamais rapidement satisfait·e et êtes toujours à la recherche d'améliorations.
Pragmatique, vous maîtrisez des outils de marketing (automation), tels que Salesforce, pour diffuser et publier vos messages.
Vous êtes un·e coéquipier·ière flexible, capable de travailler aussi bien en équipe que seul·e.
Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français et du néerlandais, et une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
Et surtout : vous avez un bon sens de l'humour.
