Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Employee to join our local team in Antwerp. As part of the BeNeLux-Germany team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and customers. You will work within a small, dynamic team where self-sufficiency and initiative are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily back-office duties, including order processing, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks.
- Support and execute sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling to customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle data entry.
- Collaborate with the broader team to achieve operational and sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry or commodities business is a strong advantage.
- Highly self-sufficient and proactive, capable of working independently in a small team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer-oriented or inside sales position is required.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication, taking ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Integrity is a core value, ensuring professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness in all interactions.
- You have a driving license for occasional visits to clients or to the colleagues of the team in Spijkenisse (NL).

- The role involves a combination of administrative and sales-related tasks.
