Headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, with a global team of Robovisioneers, we are expanding internationally through satellite offices.We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities Lead the Business Diagnostic: Conduct structured interviews with COOs, Plant Managers, and Quality Leads to uncover costs such as scrap rates, recall risks, and the manual cost of maintaining ungoverned AI.Construct the NPV Model: Build the financial business case that justifies the investment. Quantify the Risk Mitigation Value, i.e., what it costs the customer if their current AI models drift or fail an audit.Executive Presentation: Serve as the primary voice to the C-Level, presenting the "Executive Plan" and translating technical governance (Drift, Retraining) into financial terms (Risk Transfer, OPEX predictability).Enforce the "No-Demo" Rule: Act as the gatekeeper to ensure that no technical resources are deployed until a business case is validated, preventing PoC fatigue.Job Requirements The Ideal Profile Background: 3-5 years in Strategy Consulting (e.g., Roland Berger, Bain) or Industrial Private Equity. You speak the language of the P&L, not the language of the GPU.Skillset: Exceptional financial modelling (Excel/Python) and C-suite presentation skills.Region: Belgium / DACH.
