Business Analyst (Manufacturing Systems - Automotive) – FreelanceA customer in Ghent is looking for a Business Analyst to join on a freelance basis.The client are running a manufacturing systems project focused on the rollout and alignment of production-related applications across plant operations.The programme involves changes to production processes, system integrations, data flows, and interfaces between shopfloor systems and enterprise platforms.They are therefore looking for an IT Analyst who can work between business and IT, perform analysis, support requirement definition, and support delivery across the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Analyse production systems, applications, and system integrationsGather, document, and validate business and IT requirementsPerform impact analysis on processes, systems, and data flowsTranslate business needs into functional and non-functional specificationsSupport interface and data alignment between systemsWork with architects, developers, testers, and vendorsSupport testing phases (SIT/UAT) and coordinate defect resolutionRequirements:5+ Years as a Business AnalystEnglish required; Dutch is preferredAdditional DetailsSTART DATE: ASAPDURATION: 6–12 MonthsCONTRACT: FreelanceLOCATION: GhentONSITE POLICY: HybridHOURS PER WEEK: 40LANGUAGES: English; DutchINTERVIEW PROCESS: 1–2 stages
