Rejoins PLUO en tant que Lead du Pôle Menuiserie Rejoins PLUO en tant que Lead du Pôle Menuiserie et développe le pôle comme si c'était ton entreprise. Équipe de 25 personnes. En tant que Leader, tu auras la possibilité, avec les équipes, de laisser ton empreinte sur la Production en développant la stratégie et les lignes de produits qui nous permettront d'exploiter le plein potentiel de nos nouveaux ateliers. Embarque dans cette aventure pour contribuer à façonner l'avenir de PLUO. Responsabilités clés Vision & Stratégie : Définir une vision claire de développement et élaborer une stratégie commerciale pour attirer de nouveaux clients. Développement Commercial : Construire un portefeuille client et positionner PLUO comme un acteur incontournable de la menuiserie spécialisée. Leadership & Management : Fédérer l'équipe et développer une culture de performance et de collaboration. Profil recherché Un leadership naturel et une vision entrepreneuriale. Une expérience probante (8-10 ans) dans un rôle de développement commercial, idéalement dans le secteur du bois ou de l'agencement. Un trilinguisme niveau C1 (Français, Néerlandais, Anglais). Une capacité à piloter une activité complète : stratégie, développement commercial, RH, finance, opérations. Une maîtrise des outils de gestion (ERP, suivi financier, pilotage par indicateurs). Une expérience ou une forte affinité pour la menuiserie, la fabrication sur mesure ou le design technique. Ce que nous offrons Le package sera adapté s'il s'agit d'un profil Freelance.
