- Als een echte netwerker begeef jij je bij jouw klanten en laat jij hen proactief kennismaken met jouw kandidaten.
- Je geeft advies over de arbeidsmarkt aan zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten.
- Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, bouw je een vertrouwensrelatie op met jouw kandidaten en zorg jij voor een optimale 'candidate experience'.
- Door jouw doenersmentaliteit en ondernemerschap volg jij jouw cijfers van het kantoor nauwgezet op en past hieromtrent jouw aanpak en acties aan.
- Je werkt zelfsturend en hebt een ondernemende mindset.
- Je hebt een sterke 'commerciële drive'; dit gaat verder dan louter zakelijk inzicht; het omvat de passie en vastberadenheid om kansen te identificeren, te benutten en bedrijfsdoelen te bereiken.
- Voor jouw klanten heb jij als HR consultant een adviserende rol, denk je mee en stel je oplossingen voor.
- Via klantenbezoeken of virtuele calls motiveer je zelf klanten om met Randstad samen te werken.
- 1-3 jaar
- Deze functie wordt op bachelor- en masterniveau uitgeoefend. Geen diploma? Dan verwachten we wel een eerste ervaring in HR, sales, customer service. In dat geval lezen we ook graag jouw onderbouwde motivatie voor de functie. Net zoals je bij onze klanten en kandidaten zal doen: make it a pitch

- Je bent een creatief, commercieel en resultaatgericht doener.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs (de wagen kan je optioneel in ons salarispakket kiezen).
Samen met jouw collega's word je verantwoordelijk voor de selectie en rekrutering van de callcentermedewerkers voor onze klant N-Allo, een contact center met ruim 20 jaar ervaring in klantencontacten. In Vlaanderen heeft N-Allo vestigingen in Ieper, Gent en Mechelen. Een mooie samenwerking is al uitgebouwd en wij zijn op zoek naar een collega die verder het strategisch partnership mee kan uitwerken. In nauwe samenwerking met de klant gaan wij op zoek.
