Recruitment Consultant at Vivid Resourcing - Connecting Automation Engineering experts on a payroll basis across Belgium.I am partnered with a client in the aerospace industry who are looking for an Automation Technician to join their new maintenance team responsible for two newly installed production lines.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and Troubleshooting production lines that use Siemens PLCs.
- Maintain CNC & NC systems.
- Basic programming tasks.
- Reading electrical and hydraulic plans.
- Ensure the success of communications between manufacturing customers and wider maintenance department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- A first experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- You are willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Capability when it comes to heavy lifting & working at heights.
