Voor een groeiende, mensgerichte onderneming zoeken we een Training & Business Developer . In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de inhoudelijke als organisatorische kant van trainings- en ontwikkeltrajecten . Je gaat in gesprek met klanten om hun opleidingsbehoeften te begrijpen en vertaalt deze naar concrete voorstellen en trajecten. Daarnaast zorg je voor een efficiënte planning en coördinatie van trainingen en workshops. Je ondersteunt trainers bij de praktische voorbereiding en maakt gebruik van digitale tools om het leerproces optimaal te faciliteren. Ook de administratieve opvolging en facturatie vallen binnen jouw takenpakket, zodat alles vlot en gestructureerd verloopt.
Naast de operationele coördinatie speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen van de dienstverlening. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de business unit en helpt organisaties bij het opzetten van doeltreffende leertrajecten. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en trainers en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen. Door jouw gestructureerde aanpak en oog voor detail draag je bij aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van opleidingen en workshops. FunctieomschrijvingJouw takenpakket als Training & Business Developer:
- Behoeftenanalyse & advies: Je bevraagt de opleidingsnoden van klanten en vertaalt deze naar concrete ontwikkeltrajecten en voorstellen, in samenwerking met trainers en het management.
- Planning & coördinatie: Je plant trainingen, workshops en leertrajecten efficiënt in en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen klanten, trainers en deelnemers.
- Trainerondersteuning : Je faciliteert trainers door materiaal en oefeningen voor te bereiden en gebruik te maken van digitale tools ter ondersteuning van het leerproces.
- Administratieve opvolging: Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie en facturatie van de opleidingen en bewaakt de nauwkeurige uitvoering van de processen.
- Relatiebeheer & optimalisatie: Je bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten en trainers en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de dienstverlening en business unit.
Jouw profiel als Training & Business Developer:
- Je hebt idealiter een masterdiploma en relevante ervaring binnen bedrijfscontexten, bij voorkeur in HR, Learning & Development of training .
- Je denkt vooruit, neemt initiatief en werkt oplossingsgericht , zonder een puur uitvoerende houding aan te nemen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en kan professioneel schakelen met klanten en stakeholders. Daarbij kan je je plan trekken in het Frans .
