Barré (Wavre) recherche un(e) ingénieur qualité pour valider ses dossiers en mécanique de haute qualité pour l’industrie bio-pharmaceutique (plus spécifiquement pour la production d’injectables, par ex. des vaccins…).
LA SOCIÉTÉLa société Barré(Wavre) est spécialisée dans l’ingénierie mécanique de haute qualité pour l’industrie bio-pharmaceutique, plus spécifiquement pour la production d’injectables (vaccins…). Barré fait la conception, production, installation et maintenance dans 3 secteurs :
- Clean Piping(pièces en acier inox avec exigences de rugosité, soudure, etc.)
- Air Processing(solutions de traitement de l’air; étanchéité; cabines, hottes et cabinets biosafety; pour les zones de production de vaccins les plus régulées)
- Design et fabricationde pièces spéciales en inox et autres pour les sites de production des clients
Depuis 2020, Barré a lancé un projet de développement et croissance de l’entreprise.
LE PROJET- En tant qu'ingénieur qualité, vous rédigez les procédures qualité et assurez leur bonne exécution.
- Votre rôle est clé pour le plan stratégique de croissance de Barré S.A. De bonnes procédures efficaces et respectées sont la base d'un développement contrôlé.
- Les activités sont localisées sur le site de la société, entre les bureaux et l’atelier de production. Travail collaboratif, requérant une activité sur écran.
- Rédaction des dossiers techniques des projets
- Rédaction de la documentation technique en collaboration avec les Opérateurs de Production
- Participation aux activités du Département Qualité : suivi des calibrations des instruments, des maintenances d’équipement, mise en place d’outils de gestion, etc.
- Suivi de production
- Contrôle Qualité des pièces produites
- Contrôle Qualité des documents de production
- Ingénieur Electromécanique, Mécanique, Industriel, ou équivalent
- Connaissance des normes GMP et qualité de type ISO9001
- Expérience du secteur Bio-Pharmaceutique (production ou bureau d’étude) est souhaitable, ou expérience dans un secteur de production où la Qualité est prépondérante (aéronautique, food...)
- Connaissance des environnements mécaniques-techniques avec exigences de qualité basées sur l’ISO9001
- Capacité d’intégration/travail en équipe/communication
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques
- Connaissance des langues : Français, Anglais ; Néerlandais est un plus
