Functieomschrijving Als Service Desk Medewerker bij Acom kom je terecht in een enthousiast team dat elkaar helpt groeien. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en leert onderweg ongelofelijk veel bij. Je helpt klanten verder met hun IT-vragen, biedt ondersteuning bij technische problemen en werkt nauw samen met collega's om hen snel weer op weg te helpen. Tegelijk bouw jij aan je eigen toekomst: via ons groeitraject krijg je de kans om door te groeien naar Field Engineer. Je mag studeren en certificaten behalen, volledig betaald door Acom. Zo blijf je je IT-kennis aanscherpen en groei je stap voor stap, in functie én in looncategorie. We zoeken geen eindproducten, maar mensen met goesting Profiel Je beschikt over een diploma in een IT-richting (graduaat of bachelor) of gelijkwaardige ervaring Je hebt een basiskennis van Windows-omgevingen, netwerken en Microsoft 365 Je werkt klantgericht, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Een woordje Frans is een plus. Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en professioneel gedrag Het allerbelangrijkste... je bent een teamspeler met goesting Professionele vaardigheden De informatica-infrastructuur selecteren of installeren (software, hardware, ...) Prestaties van het informatiesysteem analyseren Maatregelen voorstellen voor de verbetering van de kwaliteit, de veiligheid en de productiviteit Toekennen en ter beschikking stellen van software en netwerkinfrastructuur (toewijzing, nieuwe toewijzing) Technische beheerprocedures, gebruiks- en veiligheidsprocedures van de informatica infrastructuur opstellen Gebruikers opleiden over evoluties, gebruik van infrastructuur en informatiesystemen en hen ondersteunen Toegangsrechten bepalen en opvolgen naargelang de karakteristieken van de gebruikers of de diensten Storingen, incidenten en onregelmatigheden identificeren Een diagnose stellen en corrigerende maatregelen toepassen Hulpsystemen voor toezicht, beveiliging en beheer van de informatica infrastructuur opzetten Ontwikkelingsteams, informaticaproductieteams of gebruikers adviseren en bijstaan bij de keuze en toepassing van technische oplossingen Aanbod Een voltijdse functie van onbepaalde duur Marktconform loon met extralegale voordelen (maaltijdcheques, DKV, groepsverzekering, ...)
