Stellantis &You Belgium offers you the opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team as the B2B Key Account Manager for the our concessions.Mission:The B2B Key Account Manager mission is to achieve all of his/her commercial, financial and quality objectives (sales of vehicles, peripheral products, especially financing, service contracts) in compliance with all policies defined by the brand and his or her employer. He/she must provide good quality services to customers.He/she is the central figure in customer relations. He/she must know how to listen to his/her client or prospect, detect and understand his/her needs.More concretely:Customer relation:The B2B Key Account Manager:Represents the brand in front of customers;Ensures the prospecting on his sector for the sale of vehicles to business customers (by telephone, email or mail, as well as customer follow-up forms);Listens, collects and analyses the specific needs of the customer in order to propose an adapted commercial offer;Presents to customers the vehicles of the range, the services, the accessories and argues according to the needs expressed by the customer;Ensures permanent customer satisfaction and builds customer loyalty by contacting them at key moments;Follows his portfolio of customer orders, is present throughout the file from the signing of the sale to ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.Brands and products:The B2B Key Account Manager:Continuously trains on product and service offerings, as well as new products and services from the brand and the competition to master them perfectly;Markets peripheral products such as financing, service contracts and accessories and proposes to put the customer in contact with the Brand's insurance offer.Communicates the Brand's and the point of sale's policies to the customers;Conveys a Brand image consistent with the Brand's positioning;Applies the Brand's operational standards and methods;Ensures the state of presentation (cleanliness and tidiness) of his/her office and showroom;Adheres to the stimuli organized by the point of sale and actively participates in the events organized by the Brand or the point of saleEnsures the permanence during commercial operations: open doors, fairs, shows, night events, ...Performance:The B2B Key Account Manager:Contributes to the commercial, economic and quality performance of the point of sale;Assists in the reports of the B2B Director of Stellantis&You;Reports on his or her activity and on the evolution of his or her current business;Evaluates and discusses his/her possible needs for additional training with the Stellantis&You B2B Director.In his daily work, the B2B salesperson :respects the legislation, particularly in terms of distribution law and consumer law.He/she applies all of the brand's policies and standards with the help of the tools at his/her disposal and all of the norms and processes defined by his/her employer.Profile:Bilingual operational FR - NL, fluent in ENG.
