Senior Device Project Manager

En tant que Senior Device Project Manager, vous dirigez, planifiez et gérez plusieurs projets liés au développement d'équipements destinés à la radiopharmacie.
Responsabilités
- Vous dirigez une équipe multidisciplinaire dédiée au développement de nouveaux produits (experts R&D, industrialisation, chaîne d'approvisionnement, affaires réglementaires).
- Sur base des requis établis par le sponsor (client externe, Product Manager ou Product Owner), vous définissez les objectifs, les livrables, les échéances et les ressources nécessaires. Vous créez un plan de projet détaillé pour guider l'équipe tout au long du développement.
- Vous gérez les projets conformément à la gouvernance de l'entreprise, de la phase initiale (opportunité) à la validation et au transfert vers la fabrication. En particulier, vous serez chargé de
- rédiger et mettre à jour la portée et la planification du projet en fonction des exigences du marché et/ou des besoins spécifiques du client
- constituer et de coordonner une équipe de projet pluridisciplinaire
- définir la documentation et les produits à livrer
- contrôler régulièrement le coût du projet, les risques, l'affectation des ressources et la planification des produits livrables
- Rendre compte de l'avancement du projet aux équipes de projet et de gestion, ainsi qu'au client
- rédiger les documents contractuels avec le client et les principaux sous-traitants
- évaluer l'analyse des risques liés aux produits et aux processus.
- Vous surveillez l'avancement du projet et le respect des coûts, délai et qualité par rapport au plan initial. Vous utilisez des indicateurs de performance pour évaluer l'efficacité et apporter des ajustements si nécessaire.
- Vous vous assurez que le produit final répond aux exigences de qualité définies. Vous effectuez des tests et des révisions pour garantir que le produit est conforme aux attentes.
Profil
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur à orientation (électro)mécanique ou équivalent par expérience.
- Vous avez une expérience confirmée (au moins 10 ans) dans le développement et la fabrication d'équipements. Une expérience dans le Medical Device est un atout.
- Vous avez une solide expérience de la gestion des personnes et des projets.
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans la conception de systèmes électromécaniques.
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication en français et en anglais.
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles (français et anglais).
- Vous maîtrisez MS Office.
- Vous êtes innovant, pragmatique et organisé avec un sens des priorités et de la rigueur.
