To continue serving our valued clients at the highest standards, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic DUTCH SPEAKING Senior Account Manager— could it be you?
ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
~ You will develop and manage long-term client relationships, creating high-value projects that align with client needs and briefs.
~ You will take charge of the methodology, evaluation, quotation, and negotiation of proposed services.
~ You will lead client projects alongside our strategic and creative departments, coordinating efforts to exceed client expectations.
~ You will mentor project managers who will support you in day-to-day operations and project follow-ups.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE:
~ Partner with clients to shape their marketing and communication strategies.
~ Identify client needs and bridge the gap between our agency's expertise and client requirements.
~ Manage project planning & timelines for your client portfolio accompanied by your Project managers.
~ Lead client workshops to develop branding & comm strategies.
~ Keep our project manager tool updated and ensure structured reporting of your activities.
~ Collaborate with and challenge our Strategic Advice and Creative teams to optimize client recommendations.
YOU'RE THE PERFECT FIT BECAUSE YOU:
~ 8+ years of experience in marketing disciplines including Design, Communication, Activation, Digital Marketing & CRM— AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS A BONUS
~ Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a bonus
~ Excel at teamwork, organization, budget & time management.
~ Possess strong commercial and negotiation skills.
~ Have keen interest or initial experience in people management and enjoy developing team members.
~ Are proactive and driven.
