Vivid Resourcing, a leading international cyber security specialist, seeks a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead its sales efforts in the Midmarket segment.

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing sales volume, and building strong relationships with customer contacts at executive level.

Key Objectives:
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize sales volume within assigned accounts.
  • Develop strategic customer relationships, selling Vivid Resourcing's products and/or services through a consultative approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals within named accounts, ensuring customers are informed about product roadmaps.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales volume within assigned accounts, utilizing company resources effectively.
  • Engage and collaborate with sales resources, including SE, Channel, Specialist sales team, and executives as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in French. Ability to speak German or Luxembourgish is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for over-achieving sales targets.
  • Self-driving and highly motivated.
