The RoleAs a Product Owner Digital Care, you will be responsible for the care and self care efficiency of Mobile Vikings. Your role will consist of four key domains: (1) the happy flows: continuous journey improvement to deliver as many frictionless journeys as possible for our Vikings. (2) self care: helping Vikings to fix it themselves when they have issues or questions. (3) Care operational excellence: making the life of our care agents as easy as possible by increasing their efficiency. (4) Knowledge base management: making sure all changes are reflected in our overall knowledge base, facing both the Vikings and the internal stakeholders.You will lead a team of 2 Journey Experts and 1 knowledge owner. As Product Owner Digital Care, you will take up a central role between the teams of customer care, product management, service design, communications and technology. That won't be a problem, because you have strong people, planning and project management skills. And of course an unstoppable drive for improvement.Sounds like a blast?Great. Lead the Digital care team, which is situated within the Product & Design habitat;Closely work together with our service design expert to map the bigger picture across your key domains and translate this to concrete initiatives;Prioritize those initiatives based on data and insights to reach maximum impact for the Viking and the business;Actively measure and report success after implementation;Lead by example and become an expert in our project governance. You will help improve the project management skills of your team members by actively coaching them;Find synergies between your work and the work of our other project and product owners within the organization.
