Colruyt Group biedt met zijn huismerken Boni Selection en Everyday een breed gamma betaalbare kwaliteitsproducten aan. Als Quality Controller zorg jij ervoor dat we die kwaliteit garanderen en zo elke dag onze klanten tevredenstellen.
Jouw takenpakket als Quality Controller :
- Je volgt een aantal productgroepen op - van bij de selectie tot in de winkelrekken. Je doet dat voor voedingsproducten van onze huismerken, zoals koekjes, conserven, bereide gerechten, diepvriesvis.
- Je stelt controleschemas en kwaliteitseisen op en evalueert de productspecificaties en - indien van toepassing - de voedingsanalyses en smaaktesten. Indien nodig, neem je de nodige acties bij non-conformiteiten.
- Je bent geïnspireerd door de wereld van kwaliteit en houdt je vakmanschap up to date. Je draagt dit ook uit naar je interne en externe partners aan de hand van opleidingen.
- Als rasechte teamspeler werk je nauw samen met je collegas van de afdelingen Aankoop, Kwaliteit en Private Label. Samen evalueren, bewaken en verbeteren jullie de kwaliteit van de voedingsartikelen en aanverwante producten van onze eigen merken voor onze partners Colruyt Laagste Prijzen, Okay, Bio-Planet en Retail Partners Colruyt Group. Dankzij jullie inspanningen voldoen onze producten aan alle eisen op het vlak van kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en nutritionele samenstelling.
- Je komt terecht in het service center Quality en in een subteam dat georganiseerd wordt per productgroep.
Je werkt hoofdzakelijk in Halle of Mechelen maar verplaatst je af en toe tussen beide kantoren. Je kan tot twee dagen van thuis werken wanneer je planning het toelaat. Je onderhoudt ook het contact met de leveranciers, waarvoor je je regelmatig verplaatst. Een rijbewijs is dus noodzakelijk.
Kennis en ervaring: Je behaalde minstens een master in een voedingsgerelateerde richting. Ook ken je de wetgeving rond voeding. Digitale skills binnen de LIMS zijn een grote plus, denk daarbij aan werken in SQL.
Eigenaarschap: Je bent trots op je assortiment en draagt hier met plezier de verantwoordelijkheid voor. Dankzij jouw gedrevenheid blijven we onze producten continu verbeteren.
Initiatief nemen: Je bent een dynamisch, positief en kritisch ingesteld persoon die actief op zoek gaat naar extra informatie en zo jouw expertise steeds verder uitbouwt en uitdraagt.
Communicatief: Heel wat collegas rekenen op jouw expertise. Je brengt jouw vakkennis vlot over en zorgt ervoor dat er intern mee wordt verder gewerkt.
Aanpassingsvermogen: Je kan snel schakelen en je goed aanpassen aan nieuwe situaties. Onder wisselende, veranderende omstandigheden blijf je efficiënt werken. Ook sta je open voor suggesties van anderen.
Talen: Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en kan communiceren met internationale leveranciers in het Frans en Engels.
