Wij zijn op zoek naar een Learning & Development specialist die de interne opleidingen, onboarding en het nieuwe LMS-systeem mee vormgeeft en beheert. Een rol voor iemand die graag meedenkt en verbetering ziet vóór anderen. Jouw takenpakket omvat het volgende: Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van het nieuw LMS-systeem. Jij zorgt ervoor dat opleidingen, trajecten en onboardingmodules helder, correct en actueel blijven. Concreet betekent dat: Je brengt het leer- en ontwikkelingsbeleid tot leven en zorgt voor een vlotte implementatie binnen de organisatie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het Learning Management Systeem (LMS) en waakt over een gebruiksvriendelijke, kwalitatieve leeromgeving. Je bouwt en onderhoudt digitale leer-, onboarding- en ontwikkeltrajecten die medewerkers ondersteunen doorheen hun loopbaan. Je luistert naar de organisatie, analyseert noden en zet deze om in relevante leeroplossingen. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe leerlijnen en groeipaden die talentontwikkeling en interne doorgroei stimuleren. Je volgt opleidingen en leerinitiatieven op en stuurt bij waar nodig om de impact te vergroten. Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden en teams en adviseert hen rond leren en ontwikkelen. Je ondersteunt collega’s bij het gebruik van leerplatformen en stimuleert eigenaarschap rond leren. Je schakelt vlot met interne en externe partners om leerinitiatieven kwalitatief uit te rollen. Je denkt mee na over hoe leer- en ontwikkelingsprocessen kunnen bijdragen aan sterkere HR- en talentpraktijken. Je helpt mee bouwen aan een cultuur waarin leren, feedback en groei centraal staan.
