Dan is deze functie iets voor jou Voor onze R&D-afdeling zoeken wij een R&D Process & Systems Coordinator. Jouw rol Als R&D Process & Systems Coordinator zorg je voor een vlotte, efficiënte en conforme werking van de R&D-processen. Je beheert productdocumentatie, optimaliseert digitale systemen en zorgt voor betrouwbare, traceerbare en gestructureerde informatie. Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Beheren, actualiseren en structureren van R&D-documentatie in verschillende systemen. Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van technisch-juridische documenten. Beheren en optimaliseren van R&D-systemen ter ondersteuning van productontwikkeling. Signaleren van knelpunten in systemen en processen en deze vertalen naar verbeteringen. Ondersteunen van collega's en zorgen voor een correcte toepassing van tools en procedures. Analyseren van workflows en begeleiden van verbetertrajecten. Ontwikkelen van rapporten datakwaliteit. Structureren van informatie in rapporten afgestemd op de noden van de afdeling. Coördineren en rapporteren van de voortgang van R&D-projecten. Nauw samenwerken met R&D, kwaliteit en productie. Jouw profiel Je hebt een eerste werkervaring in documentatiebeheer, kwaliteitssystemen, R&D-ondersteuning of procesoptimalisatie. Kennis van en affiniteit met voeding is een groot pluspunt. Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met digitalisatie en systemen. Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels vlot. Je werkt gestructureerd, proactief en bent sterk verbeteringsgericht. Je hebt ervaring met projectcoördinatie. Je kan meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk beheren. Als R&D Process & Systems Coordinator kom je terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.
