In this role, you will be a key member of the Process Validation team, focusing on aseptic production validation activities.In this role you will play a key role in:Determining and improving Aseptic Process Simulation (APS) strategies for pharmaceutical manufacturing processesWriting comprehensive APS protocols and reports that meet Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standardsPreparing materials for APS runs and ensuring all necessary components are availableAnalyzing validation results and providing recommendations for process improvementsTraining operational teams on aseptic techniques and validation proceduresCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure validation activities align with production schedulesContributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the validation departmentYour profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field3-7 years of experience in process validation, preferably in aseptic pharmaceutical environmentsExpertise in media-fill validation and aseptic techniquesStrong understanding of GMP regulations and their application in pharmaceutical manufacturinggood project coordination skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to write clear and compliant validation documentationWhat you will love about working hereAt Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
