This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being visible, proactive, and closely connected to end users. You will take ownership of onsite end-user support, collaboration and meeting room technology and new user onboarding, while acting as a key escalation point for more complex technical issues. The company offers an international working environment with a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, personalized onsite IT support with a strong customer-service mindsetDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and iOS environmentsAct as an escalation point for complex issues from the global service desk or remote teamsSupport and maintain collaboration and meeting room technology (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Neat hardware)Provide live support for important meetings, town halls and onsite eventsDeliver a smooth new-hire onboarding experience, including device preparation and handoverManage peripherals, assets, stock and equipment tracking, ensuring accurate CMDB updatesPerform onsite technical tasks such as network patching and wireless access point installation/replacementLog, prioritize, and resolve incidents and requests using the IT service management systemContribute to knowledge base articles and local documentationCoordinate with internal teams and escort third-party technicians during onsite interventionsRequirements5+ years of experience in an onsite IT support, desktop support or workplace technology roleStrong hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS and iOS devicesSolid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and ZoomExperience supporting meeting rooms, A/V or collaboration technologyBasic understanding of onsite networking (LAN/WLAN, patching, access points)Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolsFamiliarity with Active Directory, Azure AD and/or OktaStrong communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently onsite while collaborating with global teamsExperience in regulated industries (e.g., biotech, life sciences, pharma) is a plusProfessional proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French is an advantage
