Over onze klant Head of Development - High-end ontwikkelaar Als stabiele ontwikkelaar van hoogstaande projecten, zijn ze al 30 jaar bekend binnen het Antwerpse en nu ook internationaal. De bedrijfscultuur is vlak en open waardoor er snel kan beslist worden. In de afgelopen jaren hebben ze innovatieve projecten van topkwaliteit opgeleverd, die wereldwijd erkenning hebben gekregen. Functie Head of Development - High-end ontwikkelaar Sleutelrol in het leiden en coördineren van de volledige ontwikkelingscyclus van de vastgoedprojecten. Je gaat prospecteren en analyseren, aankopen van gronden. Je gaat nieuwe ontwikkelingsopportuniteiten, kansen aanbrengen. Uw project doelen ga je bestuderen op basis van haalbaarheidsstudies en rendabiliteit studies. verloop van het vergunningstraject. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de conceptontwikkeling. Stakeholder management: onderhandelen met en onderhouden van relaties met investeerders, partners, klanten en overheidsinstanties. Je fungeert als het gezicht van het project zowel intern als extern. Uitbouwen van je netwerk. Je zal Projectontwikkelaars aansturen die op hun beurt worden bijgestaan door de technische Project Managers. Profiel Head of Development - High-end ontwikkelaar Master Real Estate / Master Bouw / Master Architectuur Ervaring binnen complexe vergunningstrajecten Flexibel ingesteld. Je houdt van uitdagende en complexe projecten. Zelfstandig werken & Teamplayer Je moet kunnen delegeren. Nederlandstalig, Frans is een pluspunt maar geen must.
