Negotiate and finalize agreements with land and property owners. Ensure the seamless execution of projects from initiation through to the acquisition of all required permits. Oversee projects, manage budgets and risks, and adjust strategies as needed. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure strong support and project feasibility. Represent the company before local and regional authorities, the public, and industry associations. Work independently while taking ownership of your team’s and region’s performance. Holds a master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or possesses equivalent practical experience. Brings at least 4 years of project management experience within the renewable energy sector, demonstrating a proven track record of success. Skilled in prospecting, project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Excels in strategic planning and organizational management. Familiar with modern project management software and tools. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally. Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively setting priorities. Thrives in dynamic environments and adapts easily to change. Solid financial acumen, including experience in budget management. Fluent in French and English and/or Dutch.
