As a Sales Representative, you’ll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s Maxillofacial portfolio in Belgium. Our MF solutions offer market-leading surgical instruments, implants, and systems. To our customers, we offer a comprehensive portfolio tailored to their everyday needs, helping improve patient and hospital outcomes.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Be the representative for our customers with the businesses assigned to you.
  • Plan and execute business plans, implement strategies including building and solidifying your customer network, and represent and implement the full portfolio, optimizing patient outcomes.
  • Be responsible for achieving your commercial goals including topline revenue targets and growing market share.
  • Act as the point of contact to your customers, managing commercial conversations, follow-ups, and negotiations. Your customer network may include physicians, nursing staff, heads of department, or purchasing.
  • Advise and train medical professionals on product use during demonstrations, providing in-theater support if needed.
  • Show collaboration within the team and the greater Stryker organization.
  • Be a good partner to our customers ensuring a long-term relationship and optimized customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in congresses and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.

What are we looking for?

  • A sales professional with a passion for the medical device industry.
  • At least 4 years of experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A team player who is customer-focused.
  • You hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Communicative, written and spoken in both Dutch and English.
