Title - Senior Systems Engineer Language - Dutch, French & English Location - Brabantstraat, 62 - 1210 Sint-Joost-ten-Noode Duration - 3 months Workplace type - Hybrid Experience - 15 years Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience to strengthen our technical team. Your mission will be to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our infrastructure by managing the maintenance and optimization of systems and networks. Main Responsibilities: Active Directory (AD) and GPO Management: Active Directory administration, creation and management of Group Policy Objects (GPOs). ADFS and WAP: Configuration and maintenance of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Web Application Proxy (WAP). File Server and DFS Management: File server administration, management of Distributed File System (DFS) storage. Security: Monitoring of Windows Defender and implementation of security measures. Backup with Veeam: Ensuring backup continuity via Veeam. SCCM/Intune: Deployment and management of configurations with SCCM and Intune. Scripting: Automation with PowerShell and bash scripting for Windows and Linux. Fortigate Firewall: Installation and management of Fortigate firewalls. Virtualization with VMware: Creation, configuration, and management of VMware virtual environments. Network and Services: Management of NPS, DHCP, DNS, and terminal servers. ILMT and IBM MQ: License and email management via ILMT and MQ. Performance Monitoring and Management: Use of Netcrunch for monitoring. Printing and Document Management Solutions: Administration of Papercut and Kofax. Application Virtualization: Administration of Citrix environments. GLPI: Ticket and inventory management with GLPI. Desired Profile: At least 15 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role, with in-depth skills in the areas listed above. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and security skills. Rigour, autonomy and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
