Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior AI Engineer based in the Brussels Metropolitan Area. The Senior AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven and agentic-AI-powered solutions across multiple products and projects. The role includes applying advanced machine learning techniques, developing neural network architectures, and implementing natural language processing (NLP) solutions. A key focus will be the design and integration of autonomous agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks with minimal human intervention, including multi-agent workflows, tool-using agents, and LLM-based decision-support mechanisms. Responsibilities also include building secure, scalable pipelines for model deployment, integrating AI agents into existing software ecosystems, and ensuring alignment, safety, and reliability of agentic behaviours. Close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and contributing to broader software development activities will be essential aspects of the role. Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience. Strong expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition Extensive knowledge and experience in Computer Science principles and software development practices Experience with implementing and utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies Proven ability to develop AI-driven solutions for real-world applications Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field Experience with collaborative team environments and exceptional communication skills Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or similar tools Benefits · Mobility Budget · Hospitalization and Dental Insurance · Meal Vouchers · Holiday and 13th-month payments · High-end Computer Contract · Fixed Contract
