French and/or Dutch are strong assets.Bachelor's or Master's degree.Salesforce Certified Technical Architect OR a combination of Salesforce System Architect and Application Architect certifications.At least 2 Salesforce Cloud Consultant certifications.8–10+ years of professional experience in Salesforce architecture and technical leadership.Deep expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, CDP).Master and understand the Salesforce Licensing modelsMaster best practices and governance around salesforce projects and scrum/agile methodology.Strong knowledge of integration concepts (Pub/sub, (a-)synchronous integrations, queuing mechanisms) and security standards.Strategic thinker, able to align technology decisions with long-term business goals.Excellent communication skills to engage with both C-level executives and technical teams.Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead multiple Salesforce technical teams.Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in driving innovation and challenging the status quo.Proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.Your responsibilities as a Salesforce Technical Architect:Lead the design and architecture of large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability, security, and best practice standards.Ability to foresee the client's technology ecosystem and suggest the best approach to support its business goals with the help of the Salesforce ecosystem.Define and communicate the strategic Salesforce technology vision and multi-year roadmap for clients.Act as the final escalation point for Salesforce architectural and technical decisions.Engage with C-level executives to present and defend Salesforce architectural choices and their business impact.Oversee and guarantee architectural integrity across multiple Salesforce projects and teams.Mentor and coach senior architects and technical consultants to implement Salesforce best practices.Drive integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise systems (multi-cloud, on-premises, external partners).Produce and validate Salesforce architectural documentation and diagrams (Archimate, Lucidchart).Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of emerging Salesforce technologies (AI, IoT, advanced integrations).Protect and guide technical teams by setting clear Salesforce architectural guidelines and governance standards.Join Our Team:If you're passionate about driving digital transformation, collaborating with talented teams, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you Don't miss out on this opportunity to join a dynamic and inclusive organization at the forefront of innovation.Apply Now:Take the next step in your career journey and apply today.
