As a Technical Architect, you will take a leading role in defining, guiding, and improving technical and infrastructure solutions that support digital operations at scale. You will analyse the existing technology landscape to identify technical debt and improvement opportunities, guide strategic technology investments, and ensure architectural alignment across application and infrastructure initiatives while collaborating closely with product and IT stakeholders in an agile and DevOps‑oriented environment. Responsibilities The role involves analysing current systems and architectures, coaching technical experts and development teams, guiding architectural and technology decisions, advising on application and infrastructure harmonisation, collaborating with Product Managers and other architects, participating in software development activities, conducting technical reviews, monitoring application performance, and implementing configuration and security improvements. Requirements Medior IT System Architect experience with at least 3 years exposure to architectural roles Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring technologies including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Spring Data Proven experience with microservices and event‑driven architecture Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and system integrations Minimum 3 years experience working in Agile and DevOps environments Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms Strong understanding of infrastructure, security, monitoring and configuration management Ability to coach teams and communicate architectural decisions clearly Dutch language proficiency at native or bilingual level Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Human Resources Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at NJ Talent Connect by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
