Ingénieur spécialisé en sécurité incendie

L’ingénieur spécialisé en sécurité incendie réalisera le suivi de projets de construction et la réalisation d’audits de bâtiments existants, en vue de vérifier la conformité des ouvrages avec les obligations règlementaires en matière de sécurité incendie.

En fonction de la mission confiée à SECO, il traitera un ou plusieurs des domaines techniques suivants : la stabilité au feu, le compartimentage, l’évacuation des personnes, la réaction au feu, les moyens de protection active (sprinklers, désenfumage, installations de détection incendie, d’alerte et d’alarme, …).

Dans le cadre du suivi de projets de construction, l’ingénieur spécialisé en sécurité incendie interviendra pendant les phases de conception, d’exécution et de réception des bâtiments. Son intervention comprendra la vérification de documents de conception et d’exécution (plans, notes de calcul, fiches techniques,…), la réalisation de visites sur site, et la participation à des réunions de chantier en présence éventuelle des autorités compétentes (Service d’Incendie, SPF Intérieur, …).

Pour certains projets où la sécurité d’incendie n’est qu’un des aspects traités par SECO, l’ingénieur spécialisé en sécurité incendie effectuera sa mission au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire d’ingénieurs.

Il sera amené à communiquer avec les différents intervenants du projet (maître d’ouvrage, architecte, bureau d’étude, entrepreneur général ou spécialisé).

Votre profil:

  • Vous êtes en possession d’un diplôme d’ingénieur industriel ou d’ingénieur civil dans le domaine de la construction.
  • Vous avez un intérêt particulier pour le domaine de la sécurité incendie.
  • Une expérience ou une formation dans le domaine de la sécurité incendie constituent un atout.

Qualités requises :

  • Vous aimez apprendre et êtes curieux vis-à-vis des nouvelles technologies.
  • Vous êtes méthodique, structuré et êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome.
  • Vous êtes bon communicateur tout en gardant votre impartialité dans vos échanges externes.
  • Un niveau intermédiaire en néerlandais (équivalent B1) est nécessaire, un niveau supérieur de néerlandais constitue un atout.
  • La connaissance de l’anglais est un plus.
