Onze hoofdactiviteiten zijn inspectie, controle, certificering, training en consultancy. Om onze service en onze relaties met klanten het best te garanderen, opereert Vinçotte vanuit verschillende vestigingen in België. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Manager Fire Safety, bij voorkeur ook met vaardigheden op Elektrisch gebied. Als Technical Manager Fire Safety vertegenwoordig je Vinçotte op het gebied van FIRE SAFETY en eventueel ELECTRICITY, zowel intern als extern. Je bent een ambassadeur in deze domeinen. Je monitort en analyseert de wetgeving, normen en andere technische referentiedocumenten. Je organiseert en verzorgt opleidingen aan inspecteurs. Je evalueert en rapporteert over de technische vaardigheden van inspecteurs. Je zorgt voor het beschrijven en actueel houden van de technische instructies en interne technische documentatie voor de inspecteurs zodat zij beschikken over duidelijke instructies voor het uitvoeren van hun inspecties. Je neemt actief deel aan vergaderingen, werkgroepen en commissies (intern en extern). Je onderhoudt de nodige contacten met regionale en federale autoriteiten. Je geeft technische ondersteuning aan interne collega's (inspecteurs, experts, …) en relaties/klanten. Je kunt ook rekenen op onze operationele diensten voor technisch advies en overleg. Je assisteert bij het handhaven van de accreditatievoorwaarden (o.a. BELAC-audits). Je maakt deel uit van een team dat bestaat uit meerdere Technical Managers. Enerzijds houd je ervan de technische evolutie en de praktische kant van het uitvoeren van inspecties op het terrein van dichtbij te volgen ; anderzijds ben je voldoende ge nteresseerd in het 'administratieve' deel van deze functie. Diploma : Je beschikt over diploma industrieel ingenieur (elektriciteit, elektromechanica, ...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring : Je beschikt over enkele jaren praktische ervaring in Fire Safety (bv. branddetectie, sprinklerinstallaties, rook- en warmteafvoerinstallatie, …). Vaardigheden: Theoretische en praktische kennis van Electricity is een pluspunt (regelgeving zoals het "AREI", …). Je bent sociaal, je legt gemakkelijk relaties met mensen en je kunt de nodige diplomatie aan de dag leggen. Je bent in staat om wetteksten en normen te interpreteren en je kunt ze helder samenvatten. Je hebt er geen moeite mee om met een groep te praten (o.a. technische opleiding) en je beschikt over de nodige didactische vaardigheden. Kwaliteit is belangrijk voor je; je bent nauwgezet en je kan analytisch denken. Je bent dynamisch, ondernemend. Je past je gemakkelijk aan verandering aan. Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken. Je bent vertrouwd met het gebruik van IT-tools en je beheerst Word, Excel, Powerpoint en Outlook. Talenkennis: Je beheerst de Nederlandse of Franse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je hebt minstens een basiskennis van de andere landstaal. Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
