Als een van de belangrijkste spelers in zijn sector in België, is Vinçotte een referentie voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu. Met 1.600 medewerkers dragen ze dagelijks bij aan de veiligheid van mensen en gebouwen, de kwaliteit van productie en constructies en de betrouwbaarheid van apparatuur en installaties. Hun hoofdactiviteiten zijn inspectie, controle, certificering, training en consultancy. Om hun service en relaties met klanten het best te garanderen, opereert Vinçotte vanuit verschillende vestigingen in België. Momenteel zijn ze op zoek naar een Technical Manager NDT. Je neemt actief deel aan vergaderingen en werkgroepen. Je geeft technische ondersteuning aan collega's en relaties/klanten. Je assisteert bij het handhaven van de accreditatievoorwaarden (o.a. BELAC-audits). Enerzijds ben je gepassioneerd door de technische evolutie en de praktische kant van het uitvoeren van inspecties bij klanten, anderzijds ben je ook voldoende ge nteresseerd in het 'administratieve' luik van deze functie. Je monitort en analyseert de wetgeving, normen en andere technische referentiedocumenten. Je organiseert en verzorgt opleidingen aan inspecteurs en klanten binnen je eigen kennisgebied. Je neemt technische examens af van NDO-agenten. Je zorgt voor het updaten van het opleidingsmateriaal. Je zorgt voor het schrijven en actueel houden van de technische procedures, instructies en interne technische documentatie voor de NDO-agenten. In deze rol vertegenwoordig je Vinçotte op het gebied van NDO, zowel intern als extern. Je speelt een modelrol op dit gebied en dit doe je vanuit de vestiging van Vinçotte in België die voor jou praktisch het best haalbaar is. Je bezit een Master Industrieel Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je bezit over meerdere niveau 3 NDO-kwalificaties of de bereidheid om deze in de nabije toekomst te behalen. Je bezit over minimum 10 jaar ervaring binnen NDO. Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands of Frans. Je bent in staat om codes en normen te interpreteren en je kunt ze helder samenvatten. Je houdt van kennisoverdracht en het kost jou geen moeite mee om met een groep te praten (o.a. technische training) en je beschikt over de nodige didactische vaardigheden. Je legt vlot contact en onderhoudt goede relaties met anderen, ook in moeilijke situaties. Tevens ben je kwaliteitsgericht, georganiseerd, dynamisch, ondernemend en diplomatisch.
