Test Analyst Digital General information Department : Retail&B2B - B2B Transformation & Change Start date: ASAP Mission: Organized, proactive and result driven, the Digital Test Analystoperates within the B2B digital domain. You will be closely involved in the build activities of your B2B Digital Scrum team and you will play an important role in ensuring that the quality of the new digital B2B developments reaches the company standards. From an end-user and business-user perspective you will participate in most of the activities of the scrum team .Youwill lead, prepare and execute the necessary testing steps in order to guarantee that the features and user stories developed by the team meet the entry criteria for the Regression Testing and can therefore be deployed in the Acceptance environment and eventually in Production. Tasks: Together with the B2B Process Analyst / B2B Digital BusinessOwner, review epic's, features and user stories, analyze acceptance criteria and business rules, clarify ambiguities on the business requirements. Work closely with the rest of the team to identify test conditions, risksand dependencies, ensure the user stories meet the definition of ready from a testing perspective. Contribute to PI and sprint planning Estimate (in Story Points) the effort needed to test the features and user stories from a sprint Reduce the doubts and questions developers often come up with while coding. Ensure that all pre-requisites are met to allow testing to start : sufficient and relevant test data are available for the testing Environment is available, up and running(DTAP) Connection betweenall technologies are working Create or select test cases relevantfor the ongoing development With the support of developers and analysts in the scrum team, execute functional and integration tests Ensure regression testing entry criteria are met at the end of the sprint Follow standard testing methodology (AgileMVP test approach). Upload test evidencein Jira Log and report defectsin Jira, assess severity and businessimpact Retest fixes and escalateissues when needed Consider potential workaroundwhen defect resolution cannot be met in due time Organize face-to-face demo for new feature and functionality Work to meet sprint schedules, timelinesand deadlines Identify opportunities for test automation Participate in the go no go decisions based on figuresand facts Participate in all scrum ceremonials such as daily scrums and sprint retrospective. Protect system stability during deployments by Lead or contribute to Regression Testing cycles Validate that user stories meet exit criteria Assess readiness for acceptance environment and poduction release Support go/no-go decisions with clear qualityinsights Assist regression team in case the automated cases need to be adapted to the new functionality Be the SPOC for the regression test team during regression testing Provide visibility into testingprogress and system quality Organize if externalintervention is needed for testing Localization The ability to work 2 to 3 days per week from any office (min. 1 day in Hasselt and other in any office:Brussels, Gent, Berchem, Luik) and working remotely for the remaining days is preferred. Affinity with functional domain Affinity or testing experience in Web, Mobile Application and UX in general. Nice to have Skills(technical/functional) Knowledge Description Understanding of BPMN graphs Experience in reading and understanding BPMN process flows Affinity with utilities sector Experience withinthe Utilities sectoris an asset (B2B) SFDC / SAP Experience withbusiness tools is a big plus
